Why I Created This

Hi, I'm Christine.

When I was stuck in bed with severe chronic illness for four years, I felt abandoned by life. Learning how to tap into the support that's already present, even when I felt truly alone, helped me make space in my body and nervous system to receive goodness and nourishment.

It wasn't a replacement for real-world support, of course. But it helped me access the feeling of support. And from that feeling, I started seeing sources of support in my life that I hadn't noticed before. My nervous system began to soften. Asking for what I needed became easier. Life felt less isolating, and more connecting. 

This guided audio practice draws on both human and more-than-human support networks, honouring the fact that we humans have always been in deep, life-giving relationship with countless other beings. May it nourish you the way it has nourished me.
